Obtained complete defense verdict on behalf of condominium association client in claims concerning developer rights where money damages sought exceeded $40,000,000.
Obtained reversal on appeal of final judgment awarding developer riparian rights to marina on behalf of condominium association client.
Represented Court-Appointed Receiver in the prosecution and defense of tens of millions of dollars in claims arising out of fraudulent conduct of title agent.
Obtained verdict of no liability in favor of Receiver on counterclaims asserted by guarantors of construction loan.
Successfully represented homeowner at trial concerning claims by purchaser against homeowner of alleged misrepresentation of known defects in property.
Obtained $200,000 final judgment against seller of multifamily properties on behalf of real estate broker in action concerning unpaid sales commission.
